Jaime Park RMT

Whether you’re seeking relief from tension, recovering from an injury, or simply looking for a quiet space to recharge, Jaime’s goal is to help you leave feeling lighter, balanced, and more at peace in your body.

Jaime is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered to return to their everyday lives and activities. A graduate of the Fanshawe College Massage Therapy Program, Jaime believes that touch is a powerful form of healing. Every session is an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Listening to the body with gentle yet firm hands, Jaime uses slow, purposeful manual techniques to assess and treat the body while meeting the tissue’s natural resistance. To Jaime, massage is not about forcing change, but rather about helping the body become aware of and release holding patterns that may have developed through physical, emotional, or mental stress.

Through the use of fascial stretching techniques, Jaime helps clients improve flexibility, strength, performance, and experience pain relief. His comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, combined with strong clinical assessment skills, allows him to determine the most effective course of treatment for each individual.
